And the constipation that goes along with fast foods can lead to more damaging diseases with your health like headaches and cancer. Fast food also increase stress, which is another leading factor for constipation. Basically any foods that contains dyes, hydrogenated fats, preservatives, coloring, or any other synthetic chemicals are generally not good for you but will increase constipation. The best advice that you will get is to find a list of foods that cause constipation and then avoid consuming them.
